Registration Steps and Processing Time

i. Applications for account opening are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ii. Applications submitted between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. are normally processed and approved within 2 hours from Monday to Friday, excepting public holidays.

Application Status

Clients can visit the account opening application page and click on 'Application Status'. Find out your application status by entering the last 6 digits and/or letters of your identitication document.

Clients will receive a confirmation email with detailed information and guidelines about the various personalized services we offer as soon as the application has been approved.

How do I update my account information?

You can view or edit your personal information by either signing in to our website or to the Plotio Global APP. 

What should I do if I cannot upload the pictures?

Please make sure your pictures meet the upload requirements. (Only JPEG/PNG/JPG file formats are accepted. Each file MUST be under 10MB.) If the problem persists, please try using other browsers and make sure the operating system on your computer or smartphone has the latest updates installed.

Forgetting your password

Please visit the sign-in page of our website and click on ‘Forgot my password’ to reset your password. You can also contact our online client services representative to reset your password.

Deposit Way

After signing in to our client portal website, click on ‘Deposit’ to fund your account. The amount will normally be credited to your account within 30 minutes upon confirmation of the received amount.

i. Deposit Application Time: 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 
ii. Processing Hours: (Public holidays excepted.)
Summer Time: Monday 7.00 a.m. to Saturday 5.00 a.m.
Standard Time: Monday 7.15 a.m. to Saturday 6.00 a.m.

Accepted Currency

Deposits can be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY). For other currencies, please refer to the "Deposit" section of Client Portal.

Minimum Deposit per Transaction

Clients need to refer to the "Deposit" section of Client Portal for the minimum deposit amount for each transaction.

Withdrawal Way

After signing in to our client portal website, click on ‘Withdrawal’ to initiate a withdrawal. Plotio will send out wires within 2 hours of your request; however, the time needed for an entry into your account varies depending on different banking organizations.

i. Withdrawal Application Time: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  
ii. Processing Hours: (Public holidays excepted.) 9.00 a.m. to 4.59 p.m. Monday to Friday. Requests made from 5.00 p.m. to 9.29 a.m. will be processed on the following working day. 

Can users who are not Plotio clients use this APP?

Guest users are welcome to use the Plotio Global APP to browse through relevant contents.

Can trading be done using this APP?

Clients can use the MT5 in the Plotio Global APP to trade and make transactions.

System Requirements

The Plotio Global APP currently supports iOS 13.2 or above as well as Android 7.0 or above. Users are advised to update their smartphone systems to the latest version to ensure better user experience. 

What functions are included in the Plotio Global APP?

The Plotio Global APP presents its users with abundant market information as well as in-depth analysis and quotations. The APP is also a centralized platform allowing users to trade and conduct their transactions at anytime, anywhere. Investing has never been easier.

Can I change my trading password on MT5?

After signing in to our client portal website, click on ‘Setting’ to change password.

Guidelines for MT5 trading password setting

The trading password must be included:

- Upper case letters (A-Z)

- Lowercase letters (a-z)

- Numbers (0-9)

- Special characters (! @#$%^&*()_+{}:"<>? []\;'. /~`\)

Are demo accounts available for users?

Yes. Demo accounts are available for our users under MetaTrader5. Users can practice and test strategies risk-free with authentic real-time pricing information on our MT5 platform within 30days. Users can also register a demo account by visiting our homepage.

Where can I find MT5 learning material?

You can download the relevant tutorial from MT5 For PC or MT5 For Phone page.

Is EA trading mode supported?

Market orders of market execution are open to EA trading; however, we do not provide support of any kind in this domain. Please note that only the EA trading programs approved by MetaQuote Corp. Inc. will be recognized. Transactions made through any unofficially authorized programs may be seen as invalid. Plotio reserves the right to make the final decision.

Plotio Global Order Types

Plotio Global administers a market order approach. Once clients place their order, the system will buy or sell immediately at the current market price. Market orders are efficient and can guarantee execution.

Good-Til-Cancelled Order

All Good-til-Cancelled (GTC) orders last until cancelled by clients. Orders made before   the market closes on Saturday or public holidays will not be cancelled automatically; however, GTC orders will be cancelled during rollover.

Basic Order Types

Apart from the existing four basic order types in buy stop, buy limit, sell stop and sell limit, buy stop limit and sell stop limit are also now available.

Leverage Calculation

E.g. Gold Leverage = Current Gold Price x 100/1000
If the gold price is 1230, the leverage will be 1230x100/1000. Giving you a gold leverage ratio of 123:1.
Gold leverage ratio is calculated in accordance with the current gold price.

Margin Trading Formula

The margin ratio refers to the net value of the client’s account to the used margin. The ratio is calculated as follows: Margin Ratio = Net Value/Used Margin x 100%.
